Refund Policy

Zeptobeon Pvt Ltd offers paid technology consultation services, which are sold in two formats:

  • Fixed-price, fixed-duration consultation packs
  • Prepaid service credits, which can be flexibly used across multiple shorter or longer consultation sessions

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for either.

1. Refund Policy for Fixed Consultation Packs

Zeptobeon sells one-time consultation sessions at a fixed price and fixed duration — such as 30-minute or 1-hour technology consultation sessions. These consultations are delivered by experienced software professionals and include services like:

  • Startup idea validation
  • Technical feasibility analysis
  • Architecture and codebase review
  • Development time and cost estimation
  • Stack selection or product planning advice

Refund Eligibility

  • Service Not Delivered: The scheduled session did not happen due to a failure on our end.
  • Timely Cancellation: You cancel the session at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Duplicate/Erroneous Payment: You were charged more than once or for the wrong consultation slot.
  • ⛔ Non-Refundable: Consultations that are completed or partially delivered are not eligible for refund.

2. Refund Policy for Prepaid Service Credits

Zeptobeon also offers Prepaid Service Credit Packs — flexible packages that allow customers to pre-purchase credits and use them across multiple technology consultations.

These are not cryptocurrency or digital tokens. They are simply time credits redeemable for professional services within the Zeptobeon platform.

Refund Eligibility

  • Credits Not Delivered: Payment was successful, but the credits were not added to your account within 12 hours.
  • Credits Remain Unused: All purchased credits are unused and the refund request is made within the valid timeframe.
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same pack.
  • ⛔ Non-Refundable: Once any part of the credits has been used, the pack becomes non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Window

  • Standard Refunds: Must be requested within 72 hours of payment.
  • Technical Failures or Billing Errors: Can be reported up to 120 hours from payment.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • Payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID)
  • Your registered email/phone number
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review the request based on the conditions above.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If that is not feasible, we may transfer to a verified bank account in the user’s name.
  • No cash refunds or transfers to third-party accounts.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed and credited within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Credit times may vary by payment provider.

Zeptobeon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply immediately from the date of posting.
