This Data Deletion Policy outlines how users of our products and services can request the deletion of their accounts and associated data, and the conditions under which Zeptobeon PVT Ltd may automatically delete inactive accounts and related information.

User-Initiated Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Request Submission: Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address.
  2. Request Information: The email must clearly state your request to delete your account and associated data.
  3. Processing Timeline: Upon receipt of your deletion request, Zeptobeon PVT Ltd will verify the request and proceed with the deletion within seven (7) calendar days.
  4. Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirming the successful deletion of your account and associated data once the process is completed.

Important Note: For security and identity verification purposes, deletion requests must come from the email address registered with your account.

Automatic Deletion Due to Inactivity

To ensure data protection and maintain an active user base, Zeptobeon PVT Ltd reserves the right to delete inactive accounts.

Inactivity Period Policy

  • If an account remains inactive for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days, it may be automatically deleted along with all associated data.
  • Users will be notified via email, if possible, prior to deletion.

Please Note: Once an account is deleted due to inactivity, all associated user data will be permanently removed.

Data Deletion Scope

When an account is deleted, whether by user request or due to inactivity, the following types of data will be permanently erased from our systems:

  • Personal Information: Name, email, and any other identifying information.
  • Account Information: Data associated with your account across our products.
  • Usage Data: Logs and other related usage information.

Once deletion is completed, data recovery will not be possible.

Exceptions to Data Deletion

In some instances, Zeptobeon PVT Ltd may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes. In such cases, users will be informed of the nature of the data retained and the justification for its retention.
